Viviana Bianchi
Director of Development
Viviana brings over 15 years of experience to Democracia USA having worked for a range of non-profit organizations in the United States and Argentina in the areas of development, grantmaking, communications, and board relations. She worked as Grants Project Director for the Funding Exchange – a network of social justice foundations – as a nonprofit management and fundraising consultant in Argentina, and as director of communications at Veritas, Inc. a non-profit agency in New York City serving recovering men, women, and their children.
Viviana has served in non-profit boards, has curated film programs here and abroad, and has lectured on issues of film distribution and grantmaking at a number of non-profit venues. Viviana, a native of Argentina, received her Masters degree in Cinema Studies and a Certificate in Media and Culture from New York University Tisch School of the Arts in 1999, graduating with honors. She joined the Democracia USA team in 2006.
