Wilfred Benitez-Aulet
Central Florida Field Organizer
Wilfred Benitez-Aulet was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He received a Bachelor of Arts in social sciences (Cum Laude) in 1996 with a major in economics and completed another major in political sciences in 2003 from the University of Puerto Rico. In 2000, he also received a Juris Doctor from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. Wilfred participated as Hispanic Field Organizer in the last presidential elections and has been a Legislative aide and consultant to several Puerto Rican elected officials and candidates. In Puerto Rico, he gained experience in press relations, public speaking, fundraising, electoral laws and campaign strategies. Wilfred worked in the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration Office in Washington, D.C. as Assistant Deputy Director for Regional Offices in 2000. He recently joined Democracia U.S.A. in May 2006, as Central Florida Field Organizer.
