You also need 2 tbsp (30 g) of melted butter, 80 g of raisins (not mandatory), 3 beaten eggs, 100 g of white sugar. You also need 500 ml of milk, preferably creamy milk, 1 tsp (2 g) of ground cinnamon and 1 tsp (5 ml) of vanilla extract. After gathering these ingredients, you can proceed to make your recipe by first heating the oven to 175°C and placing a rack in the middle of it.
The preparation of the bread pudding
The first thing is to cut the bread slices into small pieces, by hand of course. These will then be placed in a buttered 20 cm dish. You pour the remaining melted butter over the bread pieces, making sure to spread it well so that each piece tastes like bread. Now it's time to pour the raisins into the dish. Then add the beaten eggs, cinnamon, milk, sugar and vanilla after measuring and mixing them in another bowl. Stir well and bake for 45 minutes.
